The Worship Song(朝元歌, Chao Yuan Ge,  Pipa,琵琶) was composed by  Liu Dehai(刘德海).  It was originally Kunqu opera  “The Jade Hairpin • Qintiao”  excerpt, It expressed the ancient woman to break the shackles of  feudal ethics and longed feelings of  freedom.

《朝元歌》原为昆曲剧目《玉簪记•琴挑》中的唱腔，抒发了古代女子冲破封建礼教的束缚，向往自由的情怀。《琴挑》叙书生潘必正借读尼庵，听女尼陈妙常秋夜弹琴，因而相爱的故事。《朝元歌》就是描写秋夜里，妙常月下弹琴，必正前去和她闲谈，言语间试探这一情节的唱腔。

全曲可分为三段，第一段四句，曲调是上下对句式重复结构；第二段五句，曲调是四句式结构，末段五句，曲调是二小段式，后小段为第一段上下句式的变化再现。后被人用此曲牌编成箫曲，此曲多叠用四支，曲调古朴幽雅，韵味十足。
