Erhu(二胡), a two-stringed bowed Chinese musical instrument, appeared in China more than 1000 years ago. It is sometimes known as the “Chinese violin” or a “Chinese two-stringed fiddle”.
Erhu(二胡) is mainly used as a solo instrument. But you can also find it in small ensembles and large orchestras.
