Solitary Orchid (幽兰, You Lan, Guqin, 古琴)  is the name of a piece of music or melody for the guqin which was written before AD 908, and is possibly the oldest surviving piece of written music in the Far East.

《幽兰》：古琴曲。据说是梁代著名琴家丘明的传谱，现收录在《神奇秘谱》中的是唐人的手抄本，记谱年代大约在武则天时期（684-714），是现存最早的古琴曲谱。原谱未署作者姓名，曲名前冠调名“碣石调”，故又名《碣石调.幽兰》，原曲名后注明：“一名《猗兰》”，所以有人认为《猗兰操》即《幽兰》。
据蔡邕的《琴操》记载：孔子周游列国，却得不到诸候的赏识，在从卫国返回晋国途中，见幽谷中茂盛的芳兰与杂草为伍，触发怀才不遇之情感，遂写下这首琴曲，但是否真为孔子所作，颇令人怀疑。

此曲短小精悍，全曲共四段：第一段是引子，其余三段是乐曲的主题。节奏缓慢，力度也并不强烈，表现了空谷幽兰那清雅素洁及静谧悠远的意境，表达了抑郁伤感的情绪。
