Gada Mairen（嘎达梅林，Ga Da Mei Lin, Morin khuur ,马头琴)  is a rearrangement of the Mongolian folk tune which depicts the legendary story of the Mongolian hero Gada meiren. The piece is grave in tone, and starts with the distant sound of drums followed by a plaintive cello solo playing the dignified Gadameiren theme. The entire piece remains sombre in character, with an occasional veiled quality evocative of the sorrowful nature of the original folk tune, transporting one to the distant Mongolian grasslands.

《嘎达梅林》，内蒙古民歌。叙述了蒙族英雄嘎达梅林率领人民起来反抗封建王爷和军阀的¬故事，抒发了人民对英雄的怀念和崇敬。乐曲音调庄重，以隐约的鼓声开始，接着由哀愁的¬大提琴独奏展现庄严的嘎达梅林主题。整首乐曲保留着灰暗的性质，其中偶尔含蓄的素质唤¬起原版民曲悲伤的本质，将人带到遥远的蒙古草原。
